As a dynamic international public speaker, a published co-author, magazine columnist and founder of two companies, Stephanie is the fierce force driving individuals to step out, speak up and unleash their inner boss.

After returning to her profession postpartum, Stephanie realised one thing: from a young age, we are innately taught to play small, and it all stems from how we communicate.

With a 15 year background in education and educational leadership,
a Bachelor of Education, Master Degree in Education Summa Cum Laude and having trained in the Performing Arts industry for 20 years and successfully facilitated Theatre Diploma programs, Stephanie brings with her a mastery of expertise in communication techniques coupled with refined pedagogical practices in her coaching.

Her mission?

To empower others to claim their space, speak confidently and authentically and leverage their voices to make a meaningful impact, no matter their path in life. She is more than a coach, more than a speaker and more than an educator.
